Each invitation link can only be clicked once. Unfortunately, a survey cannot be paused or restarted after closing the browser window. If you get this message, it means that you have already clicked on the survey before and also started it, but unfortunately could not finish it.
If you receive the message frequently or even always, this may indicate a problem with your email provider. In these cases, we recommend that you manually copy the invitation link into the address bar of your browser.
