We always try to test our surveys for technical problems in advance. Unfortunately, it can also happen that some problems only appear after the fact. The following tips for the next survey can help to ensure that it is not due to your settings.
- Disable your pop-up blocker
- Use Chrome or Firefox as browser
- Avoid double-clicking the link
- If in doubt, copy the link into your browser before clicking on the "Participate" link
- Use the appropriate device (PC/laptop for e-mail invitations, smartphone/tablet for push messages from the app)
Please note that each link can only be clicked once. Once you have clicked on the link, the survey is considered to have started and cannot be accessed/started again after closing the browser window. Unfortunately, we have to handle this in order to prevent multiple participation and other frauds.
